Why I love my new art cave and hey who knew maybe change is good.
This is Nikki one of my two dogs. The other was a sleep at my feet on his little heart bed when I took this. Why am I sharing it here is why. Last year we started doing work on our home with the hope to one day sell it and have a adventure move to Europe. I have been working as a nomad in the house a niche here or there on and off about a year. Well once I finally conceded to make the front porch which I did not want into the best of a art cave as I could then it all connected. I am a big believer in the line "You can't always get what you want, but you just might find you get what you need." Thank you Rolling Stones. That has been the case for me and this cave. It has great light and calm breezes. I am not down in my basement away from the animals, coffee is closer and a metric shit ton less spiders. It is small and gets hot early. The good news I own a extra window unit and the size made me really stream line my stuff and unclutter so now I can find the things I really want to work with.
My work is getting a better flow I think any way.
I spend almost every morning making exactly what I want to. How many people are lucky enough to say that.
Ps. I am going to try and keep repeating change is good change is good to myself.
