1 bag of chocolate chips
3 cups flour
2 sticks butter
2 tbs baking powder
1tsp caramel topping ( I like Smucker's)
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Melt to two sticks of butter not to total liquid but really soft and part liquid.
In a large bowl mix both white and brown sugar with a whisk.
Then mix in 2tbs of baking powder whisk in well.
Now put in butter
add eggs, vanilla, caramel topping and whisk again till smooth.
Now take hand held mixer and mix in the flour I do half then half. Once all mixed in add 1 bag of your favorite chips. I like milk chocolate.
Now I use a melon baller to get the right size balls to bake up to what you see here. I fill it pretty fat and put them about 2-3 inches apart on a tin foil lined non stick baking sheet.
Cook 9 minutes give our take depending on your stove.
Once cool make yourself sick on cookies.
